Each complete unit when separated can easily be transported
inside a 20ft container, maybe even transportable on a
7½ tonne lorry. We have erected one on site and we had
the use of a forklift to assist in the erection of the
Rubb hut. A set of large stepladders would be needed to
build the frame. The electric's are 240V single phase
3pin external sockets.
Frequently asked question: What is the material and
is it fire resistant?
The cover is fabricated from a high tenacity PVC polyester
fabric and is fire retardant.
What is the insulating property of the insulation? (Will
it keep damp out?)
The cover itself should keep the damp out and states the
silver insulation is only bubble wrap sandwiched between
aluminium foil and was only made especially for the forces.
